​1. Return Request Process:
​Please email us at customercare@alifsay.com as soon as possible after delivery to initiate your request.
​Provide your order details, tracking information, and mention your Order Number on the return package.
​Deadline: Returns must be dispatched by the customer within 15 days of delivery.
​2. Return & Exchange Options:
You may choose one of the following:
​Replacement/Exchange: We accept exchanges for the same or a different item.
​Store Credit: A coupon code of equivalent value will be provided for future purchases.
​Refund: Processed via the original payment method. Please provide your bank account details for the refund process.
​Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
​3. Return Conditions & Eligibility:
​Product Condition: Items must be in new condition, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged.
​Packaging: Original tags, branded packaging, and the original invoice must be intact.
​Hygiene Policy: Innerwear is strictly non-returnable.
​Accepted Items: We accept returns/exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.
​4. Important Exceptions:
​Made-to-Order/Custom Stitched Dresses: These are non-refundable as they are tailored to your specific requirements. We offer free alterations where possible.
​Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. There is no restocking fee for returns.
​Cancellations: Orders canceled after 5 days of processing incur a 10% late fee. Cancellations due to verification failure or post-48-hour requests incur a 5% processing fee.
​5. Damage & Pilferage:
​Please report damaged items or missing pieces within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. Keep all original packaging for 3-4 days until the investigation is complete.
​6. Product Disclaimers:
​Please note that minor variations in color (due to photography/monitor settings) and hand-crafted textures (hand-dyed, hand-embroidered, etc.) are inherent characteristics of the products and not defects.
