​Shipping Address: Shipping addresses cannot be revised once an order is successfully placed.
​Delivery Issues: If a courier company makes multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts due to customer unavailability, the shipment may be returned or abandoned.
​4. Return and Refund Policy
​Return Window: Returns must be initiated by emailing customercare@alifsay.com and items must be dispatched within 15 days of delivery.
​Conditions: Items must be in new condition, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact.
​Exclusions: ‘Made-to-order’ or custom-stitched products are non-refundable as they are tailored to specific requirements. Hygiene products (innerwear) are strictly non-returnable.
​Refunds/Exchanges: We offer replacements, store credit, or refunds processed to the original payment method within 7 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
​5. Product Disclaimer
Please note that product specifications (weight, color, handwork details) are approximate. Minor variations in color (due to photography/monitor settings) and hand-crafted textures are inherent characteristics and are not considered defects.
​6. Fraud Prevention
We actively monitor transactions for suspicious activity. If an order is flagged as fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel all current and future orders without liability.
​7. Limitation of Liability
Anmol Online Market Private Limited is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of products sold on Alifsay.com. Our liability is limited to the value of the order.
