All the warranty is provided by and the manufacturers unless otherwise communicated at product level or the invoice. You will be required to ship the product back to once the RMA number is designated to you, conversation you had with our support team would be required along with the invoice you are given, we also require you to handle the shipment carefully as it should not face any damage as doesn’t warrant any damaged or defect product.
